The shipment must be complete and all parts must be clean, flawless, and unused.

The seller will check the returned goods and, if the conditions for return are met, will refund the consumer the amount paid for the goods within 10 days at the latest. The money will be refunded to the card (if paid by card) or to the account (if paid by bank transfer).
