General instructions for raising a complaint:

As a consumer, you are required to prove your purchase by presenting the proof of purchase or other sufficiently credible evidence.

The consumer cannot exercise rights arising from defects that they caused themselves or that they were aware of at the time of purchase. The same applies to defects for which the seller and consumer agreed on a price reduction. Normal wear and tear cannot be grounds for a complaint.

Complaints must be lodged within the statutory period of 24 months. Complaints must be lodged without delay to prevent the defect from spreading and resulting in the complaint being rejected. By reporting the defect promptly after it appears, the consumer can ensure that the complaint is handled smoothly..

The complaint is only considered resolved once the seller has notified the consumer of this fact. If the seller fails to meet the statutory deadline for resolving the complaint (30 days from the date of physical delivery of the goods subject to complaint), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract..
