Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made in the online store www.balida.cz. They define and specify the rights and obligations of the seller on the one hand and the buyer on the other.

The seller is Balida, s.r.o., Horní Prysk 54, 471 15 Prysk. Company id: 17568323. The seller is liable to VAT.

Purchase of Goods

1. All purchases of goods in the online store www.balida.cz are made via the Internet. Customers can shop on the store's website without registering on the web interface www.balida.cz. Customer registration allows the customer to have their personal details pre-filled for repeated purchases.
2. The mandatory information and requirements in the form must be filled in carefully for the electronic order to be valid.
3. By submitting the completed electronic order form, the customer confirms that they are familiar with these terms and conditions and agrees to their provisions.
4. Each electronic order sent is binding for both the seller and the customer as soon as the customer confirms it from their email address, which they entered when registering at www.balida.cz.
5. An electronic order is also considered a draft purchase agreement and becomes a purchase agreement at the moment the customer accepts the goods delivered on the basis of this order.
6. Goods purchased via electronic order will be delivered by the seller to the delivery address specified by the customer in the order form.
7. Depending on the order amount, the selected delivery method, and the delivery destination, the customer will be charged a fee for shipping the order to them. The final amount of all costs for delivering the goods is calculated for the customer before the order is completed.
8. Upon delivery of the ordered goods to the customer, ownership of the goods passes to the customer, subject to payment of the full purchase price.
9. By completing the registration form or placing a binding order on the online store www.balida.cz, the customer hereby grants the seller consent to collect and archive the customer's personal data and information about their purchases obtained in this manner.

 

Shipping and Payment

The customer chooses whether the shipment will be delivered via Zásilkovna, Balíkovna or PPL.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or card; we ship orders after receiving payment in our account or after the full amount has been transferred from the card.

 

Complaints

1. If goods purchased from the online store www.balida.cz show defects within the warranty period, the customer has the right to complain about these goods.
2. The conditions for filing a complaint about goods and information about the procedure are listed in the "Complaints" section.
3. When handling complaints, the seller complies with the regulations applicable in the Czech Republic.

 

Return of Goods

1. If the purchase agreement is concluded in accordance with the Civil Code, pursuant to Section 6 of Act No. 367/2000 (amendment to the Civil Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods. In such a case, the consumer must deliver the goods to the seller's registered office at their own expense. The return of the goods also constitutes withdrawal from the purchase contract.
2. The following conditions apply when returning goods:
1. The goods must be packed in their original undamaged packaging (paper box) and additional protective transport packaging.
2. The goods must not be damaged.
3. The goods must not show any signs of use or wear and tear.
4. The shipment must be returned complete, i.e. it must contain the following parts, undamaged and unused:
1.     11 Balida bags
2.     11 pieces of cords of the same design
3.     11 blank original Balida tags
4.        1 pc Balida envelope
5.        1 pc marker pen
6.        1 ks original Balida box

1. When returning a product, the date of dispatch is decisive for compliance with the 14-day deadline. Please send the goods to the following address: Balida, s.r.o., Horní Prysk 54, 417 15 Prysk. The seller will not accept goods sent cash on delivery.
2. The seller will check the returned goods and, if the conditions for return are met, will refund the customer the amount paid for the goods within 10 days at the latest. The money will be refunded as follows:
1. to the card (when paying by card)
2. to the bank account (when paying by bank transfer)

 

Rights and Obligations of the Seller

1. The seller's obligations are:
   to process the electronic order, send (deliver) the ordered goods to the address specified in the order and, on the date agreed with the customer when confirming the order, provide the customer with a tax document.
2. In addition to the above, the seller is also obliged to maintain the confidentiality of all personal data provided by the customer (personal data protection). Upon written request from a registered customer, the seller is obliged to delete their data from the database.
3. If the customer repeatedly fails to fulfill their obligation arising from the order to collect the goods and pay the purchase price, the seller is entitled to reject their electronic order.
4. The seller is entitled to withdraw from processing the order if its fulfillment becomes impossible. In this case, the seller may propose alternative performance to the customer.
5. If the manufacturer of the goods modifies the information about their product, the seller is entitled to make corresponding changes to the description of the items, photographs, and other information about this product.

 

Rights and Obligations of the Customer (Buyer)

The obligations of customers who decide to purchase goods from the online store www.balida.cz are as follows:

1. Provide the correct and complete postal address to which the ordered goods are to be delivered.

2. Confirm your order by email from the email address you provided when placing your order while registering at www.balida.cz

3. Collect the ordered goods and pay the total price, which was communicated to them when filling out the order, before its binding confirmation.

4. The customer is entitled to request in writing the deletion of all their personal data from the seller's database. Their written request will be complied with within three days of its delivery at the latest.

 

Final Provisions

1. When concluding a purchase agreement, the terms and conditions in the version published on the online store's website on the date on which the customer (buyer) sent a binding electronic order shall apply.
2. By sending an electronic order, the customer confirms that they unconditionally accept these terms and conditions in the version valid on the date of sending the order.
3. In addition, by submitting an electronic order, the customer also confirms that they are aware of and accept the valid price of the ordered goods as stated in the online store catalog at www.balida.cz. Exceptions to this provision are cases where the seller and buyer have demonstrably agreed otherwise.
4. The parties to the purchase agreement expressly agree, within the meaning of Section 262(1) of the Commercial Code, that unless otherwise expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, they shall be governed by the Commercial Code, in particular Section 409 et seq., when concluding the purchase agreement and fulfilling the obligations and duties arising therefrom.
5. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
6. These Terms and Conditions shall become effective on September 1, 2024. Last updated on October 1, 2025.
