    We operate an e-shop on the website. www. balida.cz.

    We process certain personal data for the sale of goods and the operation of our website.

    The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

    Processing of personal data when using the contact form:
    If you inquire about our products, we will work with the contact details you provide us, mainly through the inquiry form. These include: first name, last name, email address, address, and telephone number.

    We will contact you via them to make further arrangements regarding the goods.

    This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – negotiating a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

    If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 10 years from our last communication.

    Processing of personal data in the case of purchase:
    When you make a purchase from us, we will process the information you provide us with. This mainly includes billing information: first name, last name, address, email address, and telephone number.

    For what reason?

    We need to process your personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, any complaints, or your questions.

    We will further process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and other matters).

    On what legal basis do we process personal data?

    This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract – and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

    For the duration of our service provision and for 10 years after the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

    This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase.
