 1. What will I receive in my Balida shipment?

The package includes:

	Beautifully printed original cardboard box suitable for transport and storage
	11 pieces of cloth Balida bags
	11 pieces fabric Balida cords of the same design
	11 pieces gold or white name tags (according to the color of the set you have chosen) with a hole for a string
	Red or dark blue high-quality marker pen
	Illustrated tips for tasteful gift wrapping and fabric care instructions

 

2. Will there be a label with the address attached on the Balida box?

No. For practical and aesthetic reasons, Balida boxes are protected by recycled plastic packaging that can be recycled again. All handling information (recipient and sender addresses, barcode labels, etc.), as well as any moisture, dirt, etc., is captured by the plastic packaging, and the box can then be removed dry and clean and donated immediately.

 

3. What are the fabrics made of?

Some of our fabrics are made from 100% cotton canvas, and we offer two designs made from 100% linen. Some fabrics are a blend of cotton and polyester. These blended materials have specific properties that customers seek: they are very durable, do not crease, have a beautiful sheen depending on the design, and do not need to be ironed after washing. One design is made from 100% polyester.

4. What are the dimensions of the bags in the set?

 One set of gift cloth bags contains 11 bags and 11 strings.

 5. Can I order any number of bags?

Unfortunately no. Each set always contains 11 bags of a specific size, and we do not sell the bags or strings separately.

 

6. Can one set be combined from several designs?

Unfortunately no. Customers choose a specific design and receive 11 bags and 11 strings of specific dimensions in the box (see question no. 4).

 

7. Can I combine different bag sizes in one set?

Unfortunately, no. The number of bags in each set, as well as their dimensions, are fixed and cannot be changed, added to, or combined.

 

8. Are there specific colors for name tags and markers for each design?

Yes. Each set comes with a specific color name tag (white or gold) and marker (red or dark blue).

 

9.What are the recommendations for fabric care?

Inside each bag is a sewn-in label with instructions for washing, drying, and ironing the products. Customers also receive a special sheet in the box with recommendations for fabric care. 

 

10. Do we get a volume discount when purchasing larger quantities?

Yes. For orders of more than 5 items, please contact us by phone and we will make arrangements.

 

11. Can we buy Balida sets in a real store, not an e-shop, or at a sales stand?

No. We sell gift sets exclusively through our online store at balida.cz.
